🔴 Günlük olarak uyanma rutini, yemek saatleri, yatma düzenlerinin aynı zaman diliminde olmasına özen gösterin.

🔴 Demans hastalarına verilen ilaçlar veya bazı antidepresanlar uykusuzluğa yol açabilir. Hasta bu tip ilaçlar kullanıyorsa hekimiyle görüşerek ilacın akşam yemeğinden daha geç saatte içirilmemesine dikkat edin.

🔴 Akşam saatlerinde uygun ışıklı ortam sağlayın. Parlak ışık tedavisi demans hastalarında uyku-uyanıklık döngüsü bozukluklarını azaltabilir. Düzenli gün ışığına maruz kalma, gündüz ve gece uyku sorunlarını gidermeye yardımcı olabilir.
