Cancellation and Return Policy

1. Cancellation Terms

The Buyer may cancel an order after it has been placed but before the product has been shipped. To request a cancellation, the Buyer must contact the Seller within 24 hours of placing the order, providing the order number via [Seller’s phone number or email address].

Cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once the shipping process has started, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, the Buyer must proceed according to the return policy.

2. Return Terms

The Buyer has the legal right to withdraw from the purchase and return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, labels, user manuals, and any complementary parts must be included.
  • The return request must be submitted within the legal 14-day withdrawal period.
  • The Buyer must complete the return form or notify the Seller in writing via [Seller’s Contact Information].

The Buyer is responsible for ensuring the safe return of the product to the Seller. Return shipping costs may be borne by the Buyer unless the item is defective or faulty, in which case the Seller will cover the return shipping.,

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Discounted or promotional items (Products sold as part of a campaign or promotion may not be returned unless otherwise stated by the Seller).
  • Opened or used items, especially for hygiene-sensitive categories such as cosmetics, underwear, and personal care products.
  • Digital content or software (Downloadable products and services cannot be returned once access or use has begun).
  • Customized or special-order items tailored to the Buyer’s specifications.

4. Return Process and Refunds

Once the return request is approved, the Seller will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be processed via the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Any bank charges or transaction fees are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Refunds will only be issued if the returned item is in undamaged condition and in its original packaging. If the product is returned damaged, the cost of the damage may be deducted from the refund.

5. Returns for Defective or Damaged Products

If the Buyer discovers that a product is defective or damaged, they must notify the Seller within 7 days of delivery.

In such cases, the Buyer may request a refund or replacement, and the shipping cost will be covered by the Seller.

Steps to follow:

  • The Buyer should contact the Seller via [Seller Contact Information], including a photo or video showing the defect and describing the issue.
  • The Seller will either replace the product or issue a refund once the defect is verified.

6. Return Form
