This Distance Sales Agreement is executed between the Seller and the Buyer for purchases made through [Online Platform / E-Commerce Site Name], under the following terms and conditions:
1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This agreement governs the mutual rights and obligations of the Seller and Buyer concerning the purchase of the product/service titled [Product or Service Name] by the Buyer from the Seller.
2. PRODUCT/SERVICE INFORMATION
The Seller provides the Buyer with details regarding the product/service, including specifications, price, payment terms, and delivery conditions, through its website or platform. By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges being informed of the product/service features.

3. DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT

The Buyer must check the product upon delivery to ensure it is complete, undamaged, and correct, and must notify the Seller of any issue immediately during delivery.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product. Withdrawal must be communicated in writing or electronically to the Seller.
To exercise this right, the product must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs may be borne by the Buyer unless otherwise specified.
5. PAYMENT

6. PRODUCT/SERVICE WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS

7. BUYER’S OBLIGATIONS
The Buyer is responsible for paying for the ordered product or service and complying with the delivery conditions specified by the Seller. The Buyer must also confirm their identity and payment details during delivery, if necessary.
8. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The Seller will only process and store the Buyer’s personal data as required for order fulfillment and in compliance with applicable legal obligations. All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.
9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved by the courts and enforcement offices located in the Buyer’s place of residence.
10. GENERAL PROVISIONS
This agreement constitutes an integral part of the overall arrangement between the Buyer and the Seller.
The Seller may only process the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with legal obligations and contractual requirements.
By accepting this agreement, the Buyer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Distance Sales Agreement.
